SPRING IN TAHOE
A Note From Team Tahoe
Truckee & Tahoe Market Update Most Sellers have been working hard on cleaning the yard and performing repairs after a long and damaging winter. It has been a slow start to the Selling Season. As a result, May brought the lowest sales we have seen in the last ten years. There were only 69 residential closings, with the 10-year average being 102. Inventory is starting to rise! The Memorial Day weekend brought a new and needed wave of activity to the market. Buyers in the $650,000 – $1,500,000 price range emerged and are getting used to the new market and interest rate reality. We expect that this activity influx will improve the statistics for June. Please feel free to call or email us today to find out more. In today’s complex market, expert analysis is critical.
