Pilar Zolezzi

Has been assisting buyers, sellers, and developers in North Lake Tahoe since 2011. She has transacted the sale of over 700 properties, earning her credibility as a top producing realtor in the North Lake Tahoe area. With her past experience practicing contractual and partnership law abroad, Pilar is an expert contract negotiator.

Kelly Wood’s passion for real estate is rooted in a lifelong love of design, architecture, and human connection. Raised in Auburn, CA, she spent years in Boulder, Park City, and Los Angeles before the Sierra Nevadas called her home — she’s been a Truckee local for the past ten years. Kelly bought her first home in Glenshire in 2017, giving her firsthand experience as a first-time buyer, and went on to build two custom homes in Elkhorn Ridge with her husband, completing a personal residence in 2021 and a spec home in 2025.
