We couldn't have found a better fit and better realtor than Pilar. When we first met her we were not in a position to buy a house but wanted to start the search while we didn't have the pressure of buying. Most realtors would not be thrilled with this perspective but Pilar happily showed us house after house in neighborhood after neighborhood for more than two years!!! Her knowledge, candidness, ability to guide with a soft touch, sense of humor, and complete professionalism and attention when it comes to communication enabled us to get a dream house when the time was right. Now we had found the house Pilar was extremely effective in every step of the closing process which for us took more than 3 months due to a number of issues needing to be resolved. Her detailed work, and ability to gracefully listen to what we needed and make sure our needs were addressed was instrumental in making us feel confident that our side of the aisle was being managed properly in one of the biggest transactions of our lives.
