| While the year started off with stock market uncertainty, the Tahoe Truckee real estate market has remained relatively protected. There has been a lot of movement since Memorial Day, with 50 new escrows and 42 new listings in the last two weeks. These are excellent prospects for both buyers and sellers! Sellers: 19 homes went into escrow in the last seven days! With 89 pending properties, up from 67 before Memorial Day.
